Every Final Thursday of the month in Washington DC, & various evenings in Tokyo, The Modernist Society is the drinking and dancing division of The Modernist. On the last Thursday of each month, architects, artists, designers and smut-enthusiasts gather to engage in pretentious debauchery.

Surprisingly formal... Simon was in a suit & tie... & D-Mac (what is that guys real name?) wore the same. At first I thought I had taken a wrong turn & walked into the Phil Donahue show or something. And you wanted to *not* hear about daddy & the Jacobsen legacy after about 5 minutes of it... C'mon Simon! cajones ??? Your *own* cajones ??? Too bad we didn't see any slides of Simon's work. It's a shame that that guy has had to grow up, and live, in daddy's shadow, 'cause it seems that he might just have his own talent. But talent isn't everything... It takes *cajones*.
